I had been looking for a Thursday or Saturday football game in the Tri-Cities for a few years now so my cheerleaders could see how big time cheerleaders do it – and finally found one this year! So, the cheerleaders and I piled in the suburban on Thursday and headed to Kennewick for the Southridge vs. Hermiston game. We stopped to eat at Applebee’s first – always an enjoyable time, taking the girls out to eat! :)
The seniors…I will sure miss them when they graduate!
The juniors! I’m starting to see them become the leaders they get to be next year!
It was funny to watch the Southridge crowd check out these girls and try to figure out who and what they were! :)
Karlye came with us! It was fun to spend the evening with her!
The Southridge cheerleaders were kinda disappointing…no halftime performance and only one cheer with stunts. I liked how they cheered the team back onto the field after halftime though.
This was the best picture of the night. The gorilla had his eye on Sommer and she was freaked out by him…but we talked her into a picture. Hilarious!
So fun to spend time together and have some team bonding…it was just what we needed!
